Live Block Take-Ups

Primarily used in applications for non-twist coiling of tubing and wire.

  • Block sizes range from 12” to 60”
  • AC Vector Drives
  • Stout steel construction
  • Pressure rolls for block traction
  • Can be built in multiple sections
  • Standard block driven turn table included
  • Coil weights to 2000#

Options:


  • Separate driven turn table with 3 speed control for quality packages
  • Turn table with dual position index capabilities is available
  • Pneumatic controlled accumulator arms for block
  • Unit can accept 2 blocks for different coil diameter packages
  • Shuttle turn table available
